with Dehyana

For over 12 years, spiritual seekers have been coming together with the intention of creating more peace, joy and forgiveness in their lives with the aid of Dehyana and her guided meditations. This evening session allows you the opportunity to let go of fears and limitations, and to create peace, forgiveness and abundance. Breakthroughs abound!

The first half of the session begins with a prayer, after which Dehyana will instruct you on how to use various breath techniques to calm the body and tame the monkey mind for the duration of the meditation. The second half of the session consists of an enlightening group sharing session. Questions and participation are highly encouraged though not mandatory.
